Currently it is a bug in 0.82, that you can't raise Lisa's stats.

It will be fixed in 0.83.

If you have problems to close the CQM, because you have leave the map, go back to the map and close it with the phone.

You can only open/close the CQM with the phone.

Sometimes it happens that you see the same quest double in the CQM
